any image, graphics, digital assets, digital images or any unused ideas/concepts/sketches/visuals created or taken by me and delivered to you (referred to as “Images” forth) and any derivative works, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the Images are stored, remain my sole and exclusive property. i am free to use these unused and previous ideas for future conceptual and client work. where a previously unused idea/design retains a similar look and style to the finished product, i shall repurpose and style so that the end design is sufficiently different as to not cause conflict. in case you have bought the source file, i retain the rights of the Artwork's design.

you may not claim the Artwork as your own

unless otherwise agreed and arranged, i reserve the right to showcase the finished product and associated designs in my portfolio and in any number of online galleries/portfolio/showcases/awards as well as in printed literature including books and magazines, printed merchandise for commercial use, now and in the future. please let me know if you don't want me to use the artwork in any of these categories.

you can use the Artwork for personal use only, such as: decorating online/digital spaces (profile icons, banners, backgrounds), non-profit printing for decoration or display (such as on your wall at home/dorm/apartment, ect ect)

you can post on your non-business social media, but you must use the WATERMARKED Artwork with credit to @watariri_ in the description.

you can use the Artwork and Images as a reference to commission other artists.

you can use the clean Artwork on transformative content like in video editing, graphic design with credit to @watariri_ in the description.

*you cannot alter/change/recolor (editing, changing colors, adding or deleting details/elements/features) to the Artwork, with exceptions are changing or removing background and scaling or cropping. you can purchase the source file for an additional fee to make edits of the artwork.

you may not delete, edit nor crop out the watermark.

any usage outside of the above terms must be discussed and arranged with approval from me and may include the payment of additional fees, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

you may not use my work for contests nor as non-fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency nor use in blockchain-based, AI-based technology in any shape or form

you will own the commercial license to the Artwork and obtain the source files in .CLIP/.PSD files to use and edit the files however you want.

all Images and rights relating to them and any derivative works, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the Images are stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of the Artist. You may not claim the artwork/original design as your own.

you can use the Artwork as part of the branding for YOUR BRAND/BUSINESS ONLY *(with exception to some services i provide)

you can use the Artwork for a physical end product (fabric, journals, physical art-print, merchandising, stationery etc.) to make profit.

you can use the Artwork on streaming platforms with credit to @watariri_ in the description.

you can use the Artwork in published works (book covers, artbooks,...) to make profit.

you can reprint the Artwork on your website, social media with or without credit (i would really appreciate if you post with credit because it would give me more exposure c: )

Images may contain copyright management information (CMI) at the discretion of the Artist in the form of either 1) a copyright notice © and/or 2) other copyright and ownership information embedded in the metadata or elsewhere unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties. Removing and/or altering such information is prohibited and constitutes a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Client will be responsible to the Artist for any penalties and awards available under that statute.

i accept paypal, kofi, revolut (receiving only), vietnamese banking/e-wallet in Vietnamese Đồng (VND) and US dollars (USD)

50% deposit after approval of final sketch. if you're using paypal i will send you an invoice. for kofi it will be a full payment up-front.

all payments are to be made within the due date of the invoice or as discussed by both parties.

Artwork and related files will be sent to your provided email

no returns or refunds after payment. if for any reason i cannot complete your commission, i will issue a refund based on the rendered work.
