✦ artwork will be fully colored unless specified

✦ mecha, furry, gore, nsfw, muscular, animal, elderly people
✦ sketches and updates that you must approve between progressions. these will be watermarked.
✦ full-resolution file (approx. 1800x1800px to 300 DPI) of final drawing without my signature or watermark. i will supply you with the required file formats or any other sizes/formats you request.

what you will get
progression updates
✦ i will notify you when your order has been started
✦ i will provide you updates after each progression. you can request an update whenever you want.
✦ i will send you a sketch within 48 hours when i have confirmed to be working on the order.
✦ depending on the complexity, quantity and going back and forth with revisions, the order can vary from 2 to 7 days.
✦ if i have to pause your commission due to health issues or other emergencies, i will let you know ASAP. additionally, i will try to give you an estimate of when i will be able to finish it.
✦ you get 3 free revisions for each painting. i will charge a small fee for additional revisions.
if your reference is unclear to start with, any changes (after the first 3 free ones) will come at an additional charge, so please be very specific with the request.
✦ after i have started the coloring/animating process, major revisions will cost an additional fee.*changing character design, adding characters, changing the majority of the layout, switching color palettes

by purchasing my commission, you agreed with all the terms. please read carefully before sending the order and feel free to ask me for info or advice c:
i have the right to refuse your request if i cannot fulfill the order.
♦ ownership ♦
these terms of service do not give you the rights or permission to use/modify/alter/replicate or borrow any of the previous ideas/concepts/sketches that I present. all original preparation materials, sketches, visuals and unused ideas shown and considered will remain as my property.
i am free to use these unused and previous ideas for future conceptual and client work. where a previously unused idea/design retains a similar look and style to the finished product, i shall repurpose and style so that the end design is sufficiently different as to not cause conflict.
you can post the commissioned artwork on your social media or use it as your profile picture, but you must credit me.
unless otherwise agreed and arranged, i reserve the right to showcase the finished logo and associated designs in my portfolio and in any number of online galleries/portfolio/showcases/awards as well as in printed literature including books and magazines, now and in the future. associated designs and artwork can include commercial print design/business card/stationery design/signage/desktop icons/mobile phone and other portable device application icons and imagery.
I do not allow using my work as NFT or in crypto/blockchain-based or used in AI-based technology in any shape or form, even if you have bought the commercial rights.
♦ Commercial use♦
1. you will own the license to this artwork and obtain the original CLIP/PSD files to use however you want.
2. prices are subject to change based on demand. please know that requesting for a commercial commission costs more because you are obtaining the full rights to the work.
3. by purchasing the commercial use, you can use the artwork to:
- make the artwork as part of your brand (make profit, merchandise using the artwork and promote yourself)
- use it in published works (book cover, artbooks,...)
- post it wherever you want(website, social media, etc.), with or without credit. (i would really appreciate if you post with credit because it would give me more exposure c: )
♦ Payment ♦
i reserve the right to request a 50% deposit on approval of the final sketch of your project. if a deposit is requested, an invoice will be generated and delivered to you via email.
all payments are to be made within the due date of the invoice or as discussed by both parties.
i reserve the right to withhold delivery until payment has been received in full.
you may reserve the right to request a payment plan which may be accepted at my discretion. all payment plans must be agreed to both parties in writing.
no refunds once i have started working on the commission. i only accept full refund if I haven't started the commission or if you cancel the order before I start it.
i accept payment in VND and USD via vietnamese banking or paypal, kofi

the price is set for personal use.
prices in VND are adjusted to balance with vietnamese commission market price, so conversion ratio is not exact.
